Alexey has over 15 years of experience within corporate finance industry, venture investments, and management consulting. Alexey has held both buy-side and sell-side roles in Renaissance Capital, Smart Holding (Kiev), AFK Sistema. Alexey holds an MBA degree from the London Business School and a Masters degree in insurance.
Olek Teonidis has over 17 years of experience in financial services, including private equity portfolio management, investment banking, management consulting, and strategic management. Previously he worked in Da Vinci Capital, ITI Capital, Renaissance Capital, Allianz-Rosno, Leadway Capital. Olek became a Chartered Financial Analyst® in 2004 and holds a bachelors degree in Applied Statistics from the American University of Paris.
Denis has over 20 years of investment banking experience and over 5 years of management experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Merimond, Denis was Head of International Oil & Gas at ArieGuard and before that Head of Oil & Gas at Renaissance Capital (Russia and CIS). Denis is a graduate of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and a member of the international associations CFA and ACCA.
Artem has over 5 years of experience in private equity and corporate investment banking. Artem previously worked at Da Vinci Capital. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees, cum laude, from Lomonosov Moscow State University, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. Artem is a teacher at FIG industry at School of Finance, Top Talents program.
Anastasia Alekseeva has over 5 years of practical experience in the financial sector, including M&A, management consulting, and strategic management. Prior to joining the Merimond team, she worked at Alfa-Bank and CBRE. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Investment Management, cum laude, from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
